PAYMENT METHODS
You may redeem your order via the following methods:
Α. Credit or Debit card
Β. Bank deposit to the following bank account: Piraeus Bank IBAN: GR60 0172 0520 0050 5208 4552 486, Account Beneficiary: Demetrios Sorlonis. In order for your payment to be valid, you are requested to fill in your full name and order number in the “Information for the Beneficiary” field. Your order will be shipped once we have received your transfer receipt via email at info@demetriosathens.com
Should you transfer money from a bank other than Piraeus Bank, you will be charged with the transfer charge of your bank. Please, transfer/deposit the amount summing up your order’s cost plus any bank charges.

- Pay upon delivery
Given that your order’s cost does not exceed the amount of €500, you may pay the amount to the courier’s representative when receiving your order. The option of pay upon delivery is only available for deliveries within Greece. The pay on delivery method bears an extra charge of €1.50 for each order. Any order exceeding €500 can be paid via all above methods except pay upon delivery.
SHIPPING METHODS
Following your purchase via demetriosathens.gr, your order will be shipped via our collaborating courier companies, a. Geniki Tahydromiki, for deliveries within Greek territory, b. ELTA (Hellenic Post), for deliveries outside Greece. Orders within Greece will be delivered within 1-4 working days, while delivery time for orders outside Greece will vary depending on the final destination of each order. In case that any external factors (strikes, extreme weather conditions etc) affect the delivery time, you will be notified for the new delivery time. Should one or more of your order’s item are not available, you will also be notified in time.
You may also collect your order from Demetrios Athens store, at Ipsilantou 8 str 10675 Kolonaki, Athens during: Monday & Wednesday 10.30-16.00, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 10.30-19.30, and Saturday 11.00-15.00, during working days. In case you wish to collect your order from our physical store, you are obliged to do so within 10 calendar days from your online order.
SHIPPING COST
For any orders delivered within Greece, the shipping cost via courier amounts to €4.86, while for any orders over €50, there is no shipping charge. For orders delivered outside Greece*, the shipping cost via courier amounts to €12.96, while for any orders over €100, there is no shipping charge. No restrictions apply to the delivery of our online store’s products within Greek territory.
*For any orders shipped in countries outside the EU, there might be extra charges that could result from fluctuations in currency rates, customs, import taxes and other local demands for which demetriosathens.gr bears no responsibility.
